Mass Production Turning – Mori Seiki CNC Lathe

www.glacern.com Glacern Machine Tools Mass production turning of a part. Material is 1.0″ diameter 12L14 bar stock. The original part was made of S7 tool steel, but required coolant. The machine is a Mori Seiki NL2500SY-700 CNC Turning Center with a Y-axis, C-axis on both spindles, live tooling, and a subspindle.
